Add ZPR security attributes to Object Storage private endpoints

Zero Trust Packet Routing (ZPR) security attributes can now be added to private endpoints in Object Storage.

Security attributes are labels that a ZPR policy references. These attributes enable client endpoints with specific security attributes to access other endpoints that also have these attributes. ZPR enforces this policy at the network level every time access is requested, ensuring security regardless of any potential changes or misconfigurations in the network architecture.
