Kubernetes Engine support for deploying the AMD GPU Plugin as a cluster add-on

You can now use the AMD GPU Plugin add-on as a convenient way to manage the AMD Device Plugin for Kubernetes. The AMD Device Plugin for Kubernetes is the AMD implementation of the Kubernetes device plug-in framework for exposing AMD GPUs as schedulable resources.
