Enrolling in an Oracle Cloud Success Service

Use the Console to enroll a parent tenancy in one of the Oracle Cloud Success services.

Note

To enroll, you must be an administrator for the parent tenancy.
  1. Open the Help menu Help menu and select Visit the Support Center.
  2. Select Oracle Cloud Success Services.
  3. Under Enrollment, select Enroll in Oracle Cloud Success.
    Availability of this function indicates that the tenancy isn't yet enrolled in a support plan.
  4. In the Cloud Success enrollment panel, select the service that you want to enroll in.
    • Assurance
    • Protection
  5. Select the button to enroll in the indicated plan.

The page updates to indicate pending enrollment.

A confirmation of enrollment is sent to the email address associated with your user account. The Oracle Cloud Success service that you selected for the tenancy starts seven calendar days after you enroll.
