Synchronize Exadata Autonomous AI Databases

This process allows you to synchronize Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure Autonomous AI Databases (ADB-D) added into Ops Insights prior to July 1st, 2025, to their respective Exadata Database Systems.

Legacy ADB-D databases will automatically be linked to the Autonomous VM Cluster and Exadata, when the Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure is added to Ops Insights through Exadata Fleet. The steps for this operation are outlined in Add an Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure.

Synchronize Legacy ADB-D database can be linked to Exadata by these steps:
  1. Open the navigation menu, click Observability & Management, and then click Ops Insights.
  2. In the left pane, click Administration, and then click Exadata fleet.

    The Exadata fleet administration page displays.

  3. Click the name of the Exadata system that you wish to synchronize.
  4. On the Exadata system details page, select the compartment where the ADBs are located, and click Synchronize Autonomous AI Databases.

    The synchronized databases will now show under their respective Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure systems.
