Disable Exadata Systems for the Service

To disable an Exadata system for Ops Insights, log in to OCI and do the following:

Disabling an Exadata system also disables the related hosts and databases.
  1. Open the navigation menu, click Observability & Management, and then click Ops Insights.
  2. In the left pane, click Administration, and then click Exadata fleet.

    The Exadata fleet administration page displays.

  3. Select the Compartment that contains the Exadata system that you want to disable for Ops Insights. Optionally, use Search and Filter to filter the returned results, for example, by Ops Insights state.

    Ops Insights state indicates whether a database is currently enabled or disabled.

  4. Select one or more Exadata systems to disable.
  5. From the Actions menu, select Disable Ops Insights. Ops Insights asks whether you want to disable the selected system.
  6. Click Disable. The disable request is submitted for processing.
